The Art of the Portrait
For this shot, I wanted to move away from traditional "flat" lighting to create something more cinematic. By using a single, controlled light source, we highlighted the model’s features while maintaining a deep, velvety atmosphere.
The Mood: Introspective and bold.
The Styling: A simple black turtleneck to ensure the viewer’s focus remains entirely on the eyes and the expression.
The Technique: Chiaroscuro-inspired lighting that adds depth and a three-dimensional feel to a two-dimensional medium.
